What is the In-Passion Coaching Project for me?
It is the unlimited expression of the Freedom of BEing whole in real Life, in total fulfilment, each instant. It represents complete Balance and Fusion between Body, Mind and Spirit, Human and Divine, Masculine and Feminine, in absolute inner abundance, expressed in outer reality with natural ease, simplicity and grace – playing with the infinite potentials available, with no attachments or limitations. It is a New experience of Isness, sharing in harmony, trusting the wise voice of In-tuition 100% to create and live in total LOVE, Breathing LIFE moment to moment.

Tania Castilho (Author name: T. C. Aeelah) is a fully realized Human Being, enjoying each Breath with Passion and Gratitude. She playfully calls herself a Changeologist which she coins as being “a conscious explorer of the Science of Change”.
In her own words: “In my free time I love to write, read, dance, cook, travel, bathe in the ocean and enjoy Nature. I am passionately grateful for Life itself. Inspiration is what I am and what I share moment to moment.”
She is an award-winning International Inspirational Speaker and Author and holds a Degree in Communications Sciences. She is a post-graduate Personal Trainer specialized in Health and Fitness, having worked as a Fitness Instructor for over 25 years. She was also an English teacher at Linda’s School (www.institutolindaschool.com) in Tomar, Portugal, for 23 years, and Head of Communications as well as Creative Director at the same school, where she developed Collaborative Educational Projects, Human Development Programmes and Educational Consulting for “out of the box” education over the span of 25 years.
She is the former Chairperson for ALL Ladies League Portugal and currently Tomar Chair for the Oneness and Wisdom G100 Wing of ALL Ladies League.

She is a Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Prismology of Light Healing and Magnified Healing 3rd Phase Master and was also a teacher of these modalities as well as of the Sexual Energies School, Aspectology and New Energy Synchrotize with the Crimson Circle until 2012. She then embraced the Compassionate Breath as her path and sole practice, having been trained by Norma Delaney, Master of Breath. She had by then been facilitating various forms of Meditation since 2005.
After her full realization in 2013 Tania's main focus has become InPassion Coaching, which she is the Manager and Mentor of. It is an Isness Mentoring project that provides a Safe Space for the Reunion of Human and Divine through Compassionate Breath.

One of her greatest passions is expression through writing and she has published over 20 books and e-books both in English and Portuguese, through which she shares stories of wisdom, inspiring her readers to fully embrace their wholeness, one breath at a time. She also enjoys nourishing her bilingual blog (English and Portuguese) http://inpassionpublications.blogspot.com with real experiences of expansion of Isness in everyday life, which she calls sharing Magic.
She is gifted at bringing clarity to even the darkest recesses of the Human Ego and supporting people in compassionately integrating all that they are, Light and Dark merged into the Oneness of their Pure Essence. She calls this Divine Alchemy. She is a powerful catalyst and accelerator of inner and outer transformation and her most precious gift is the Peace, Silence, Stillness and Clarity that her Presence provides, allowing for the inner conflicts to become visible and transmutable in complete acceptance and compassion.
She offers Personalized Retreats and Workshops, individual Isness Integration Mentoring and Compassionate Breath group and individual sessions to all of those wanting to go beyond the illusions of duality and live a 100% heart-based fulfilling, abundant, healthy, joyful, peaceful and loving life.

What is the In-Passion Coaching Project for me?
The inexplicable magnificence of Life fills all of my cells, while I Breathe, grateful. Life is me and I AM Life and I can only be lived with love, passion and eternal joy. And so it is.
InPassion is the Source where All is born and where All returns, eternally, simply… when you choose to BE. It is my HOME. It is so special that it makes us feel special in a way that cannot be defined.

A year ago I was part of an event where I was coined as Life Explorer, which I would say pretty much sums me up.
My name is Bárbara Pinto, I am 23 years old and I live in Tomar. I started a process of becoming conscious of who I am at the age of 15, which has brought me many gifts and since then I have been allowing the flow of life and learning a lot on the way, overcoming challenges and gratefully celebrating the many presents and abundance I have received.
At 20 I fulfilled a dream I had had since I was a child and in a way I could never have imagined it to unfold. I spent a year in the USA, living as an Au Pair at a family's house, helping take care of their children. This allowed me to get more in touch with myself and to recognise my skill to easily adapt to different kinds of circumstances and environments.
Life has been very generous with me since I learnt to make Conscious Choices and allowed myself to listen to and follow my intuition.
